Senator Selection and Prioritization
We are targeting senators who made unambiguous public statements regarding nominating a Supreme Court Justice during an election year in 2016.
Senators who have announced they will not seek re-election are not considered. We are not running ads against senators whose health is currently at risk due to a confirmed COVID-19 infection.

A senator will rank higher in our prioritization if they are facing re-election in November of 2020. Senators in close re-election races are ranked higher, still. Finally, senators from states in which the presidential race is predicted to be close, or to favor a Democrat, are further prioritized.
Fundraising Milestones
The "Fundraising Milestone" column in the table on our home page shows the total amount of money we need to fundraise before the billboard for a particular senator will be launched. This is not the amount of money we will spend on one senator's billboard.
